The F/Stops Camera Club was founded in 1982 by a group of photo enthusiasts, who originally met at an evening basic photography class. Their intent was to continue expanding their interest and knowledge in the field of photography by sharing their work for critiquing, taking field trips and talking with professionals. Over the years the club has continued to grow and broadened its horizons to include more social elements into its activities to nurture interest and friendships in other areas. Some of these special activities include an annual Holiday Awards Dinner and slide show presentation, potluck socials, a scavenger shoot, field trips, workshops conducted by club members or other professionals, and get-togethers before or after club meetings and outings. The F/Stops is a club where fellow photographers can meet to share ideas and a common interest in photography. We invite you to join our friendly group.
